Hardback is a marketplace intended solely for sourcing commercial and business-purpose loans on non-owner-occupied real estate.
Promo or referral codes must be entered on sign-up to be valid, and are only eligible for use the first time you or any of your business partners use Hardback to find a loan which proceeds to close. For eligible promo and referral codes, Hardback agrees to pay you (and referrer, if applicable) $250 within 35 days of the loan close date, so long as the lender with whom you closed has an active Hardback account, accepts that Hardback was the lead source of that loan, and does not have any fees due to Hardback Co outstanding.
